She's never been one for modesty, and Ke$ha attracted plenty of attention outside the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" studio in Hollywood last night (October 14).

Given that Ke$ha has been much more eager to show skin as of late, her trainer Kit Rich has offered up some tips on how he's helped the pop singer get into such good shape.

Rich explained, "We've been doing a lot of circuit training and incorporating Pilates exercises with weights that heighten and shape the butt. Lunges, squats, stairs and isolated glute exercises."

Sinead O'Connor Pens Fifth Open Letter to Miley, Talks Suicide Prevention

It seems no matter what Miley Cyrus does or doesn't do, Sinead O'Connor will continue to write open letters about her lack of apologies.

The "Nothing Compares 2 U" hitmaker took to her personal website to address Miss Cyrus with another note entitled "Kissing Miley Cyrus.. 5th Open Letter.. Suicide Prevention."

Miss O'Connor addresses the 20-year-old singer once again urging her to apologize to those who have suffered from mental illness in reference to Miley's remarks about Sinead and Amanda Bynes.

The 46-year-old singer wrote:

Dear Miley,

I hear you've asked "Are we supposed to kiss?.. when someone asked you would we "make up." No, worry not.. there's no need for kissing.. But let me state again.. You're supposed to apologize for the mocking of any person who sought help, publicly or privately, to prevent themselves from committing suicide.

You're also supposed to apologize for mocking people who are mistakenly or otherwise perceived to be mentally ill. Because what you did is extraordinarily dangerous as it contributes to the silences which allow suicide to flourish and also contributes to the bullying of people perceived mistakenly or otherwise to be mentally ill. That bullying causes suicides. That's why you're supposed to apologize. It's really very simple. People die every day because of the thing of thing you did.

It's not that hard to say sorry. Doing so will save lives.

Sinead.

Miley Cyrus Talks Liam Hemsworth Breakup on Ellen

She's been all over the media for the past two months for everything from 'twerking' to her new album Bangerz, and Miley Cyrus is actually grateful for such a crazy schedule in the wake of her breakup with Liam Hemsworth.

During her interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the "We Can't Stop" singer shared her thoughts on the split.

"I think people spend more time actually thinking about it then I really do. I just believe when a chapter is done you have to close it and start that new one. That's kind of where I am right now. I felt like I have so much to be thankful for at this time that my energy hasn't really been focused on that."

Cyrus also noted that she didn't' want the demise of her relationship to negatively affect her new album's release. "Because that's the only thing I worried about, I didn't want it to make me to sacrifice what I've been working for, for just the attention to be on that."

As for her breakup's influence on the record, Miley explained, "I feel like you can really find like this arc of, like, growth. I'm like, 'This is really like telling a story.' I think I knew more intuitively where my life was going then I actually thought I did at the time."

"I want to be really clear and determined with everything I'm doing in my life right now, and I have been. I keep saying I'm the happiest I've ever been and that's not even a dig. That's just me, because I really am genuinely happy finally with myself, which I think sometimes it takes you separating yourself from someone else to really be happy with who you are. I've never been able to just be alone, and I'm obsessed with being alone and like hearing my thoughts."

Reese, Penelope, Shailene and Melissa Front ELLE's 2013 Women in Hollywood Issue

They continue to take Hollywood by storm, and now Reese Witherspoon, Melissa McCarthy, Penelope Cruz and Shailene Woodley soak up the spotlight by covering ELLE magazine's 2013 Women in Hollywood issue.

During their Q&A session with the publication, the actresses sat down and discussed their stardom while also revealing where they see themselves in five years.

Check out a few highlights from the ladies' interview below. For more, be sure to visit ELLE!

Reese
On her inspiration to produce films:
"I started noticing a couple years ago that I wasn't seeing women as the stars of movies. I'm seeing them as the guys' girlfriends, or so-and-so's wife. I just thought: God, if I don't start buckling down and start producing some movies, what's my daughter going to see in the movies?"

On her children changing her life:
"Somebody was saying to me the other day, 'Oh, people get less interesting when they have kids.' I just don't think that's true. I feel like I was so confused before I had kids, I almost got in my own way. Having kids made me clearer about who I was as a woman. I just wanted to exhibit good qualities for my daughter. I was a little competitive before I had kids- probably really competitive, to be honest. It really made me let go of that."

Melissa
On her nontraditional female comedic leads:
"A lot of times, women have had all their tools taken away (in Hollywood comedies). It's like you're never inappropriate, you have the greatest job, you look great, your hair is amazing, and now go be funny. And it's like, with what? You have to fall down for us to want to watch you get back up. And it's like they never let you watch women fall down."

On her favorite comediennes:
"I watch Julia Louis-Dreyfus on 'Veep' and she is so good, because she is playing the world's biggest asshole narcissist, and yet you can't take your eyes off of her. In fact, you still strangely like her and almost want to hang with her."

Penelope
On her road to stardom:
"The concept of a 'star' will always sound foreign and surreal to me because growing up in my country, you're an actor, not a star."

On her favorite career advice:
"How important it is to learn to say no. You're going to have to put a lot of your time into a project, and you have to know if it's something you really feel connected with, because it's not a job you can do like you press a button- no."

Shailene
On her rules in Hollywood:
"There's nothing like walking into a meeting and people expecting me to shake hands, and you hug them. For me, a hug is to disregard all of that bulls*** and be like, This is me, Shai. This is who I am. Now let's talk about real situations. Let's not talk about all this surface-level stuff."

On her future plans:
"I'm so young, and I'm single, and I just want to drift. I'm just going to be a drifter. I want to do something totally different before Insurgent [the second film in the Divergent trilogy]. Maybe I'll work in a tea shop. Or live in Amsterdam. Or be a nanny. Life experience only helps us as actors. I need new experiences to draw upon."

If I were to write a to-do list, it would fill the entire wall."
